phpark33 operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one phpark33 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are specified at the time of each offer and form part of these Terms.

To access the full range of phpark33 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phpark33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phpark33 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phpark33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phpark33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phpark33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC). phpark33 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phpark33's KYC process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Deposits. phpark33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phpark33 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of your account. phpark33 does not guarantee specific processing times.
Currency. All transactions on the phpark33 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpark33 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the withdrawal page; and (d) absence of any pending investigation into your account for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phpark33 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, phpark33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. phpark33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.
Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phpark33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpark33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or (d) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
The phpark33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phpark33. Unauthorized use of any phpark33 trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpark33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phpark33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpark33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpark33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpark33's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phpark33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpark33 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phpark33 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phpark33 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
phpark33 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through phpark33's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
